As has become tradition, our company participates in the world‘s largest trade fair of railway INNOTRANS 2016. This year‘s event will take place from 20. to 23 of September 2016 at the Berlin Exhibition Centre and we have prepared for you an eye-catching stand with lots of composite materials for rail transport.
On the stand will be mainly shown our lightweight, flame-retardant sandwich panel PUROXIT, which was developed for the construction of a train floors. Nowadays, when plywood doesn´t comply with the new standard EN 45 545, the PUROXIT panels are the right solution!
As a new material in our product range, we will present the NHP composite profiles, which have one very important characteristic – it is totally non-flammable and could reach on HL3 R1 (EN 45 545).
On the stand you will also see other composite profiles used in rail transport, particularly profiles for frame construction floor of the car (avoidance of thermal bridges, light construction) or in the form of various covers (internal and external).
Finally, there will also be shown aluminum sandwich panel, which together with composite panels is used for the interior lining of the train (ceiling and wall paneling), or for wall construction (eg WC modules) or partitions in the interior.
